> 3 dayI live near the equator, so it’s quite hot and humid. I bought the aircom s9 to cool my new marantz amp and it does the job as advertised. I use the smart mode and it automatically adjusts the fan speed based on the temperature that’s being radiated from the amp. The fact that it remembers the last operation ‘state’ after power loss is a great feature. Also the provided power adapter is multi voltage (100-240V AC) . In conclusion it’s a well built, quite (relative to the fan speed) product that’s with the money!

> 3 dayThis thing works!! My receiver kept cutting out it’s audio due to the heat inside my TV stand. Within minutes we saw a total difference in audio performance! It’s louder then what I thought, but not a deal breaker. Get this thing, it works!

> 3 dayThus thing fits perfectly ontop of my Marantz 6014, works great and is pretty quiet really. I never see it come on more than 1/4 of the way when set to its auto temp control setting. I run my Marantz all day. Longevity on this seems pretty good. Its been going roughly 6 months with no issue. I highly recommend for added security on your receiver.

> 3 dayProduct used to cool the main amplifier of my audio system. Fits perfectly atop the amp. Setup was easy and instructions were uncomplicated. Just be aware product is exclusively designed to work best with devices vented from the top versus at the rear.

> 3 dayDoes what it says. I am using the second lowest fan speed (which is pretty quiet) and it keeps my receiver cool. Silent only at lowest fan speed but whatever you are listening to will probably drown out the sound from the fan. Good buy.

> 3 dayThis is being used to cool down a new A/V receiver I purchased, as more of a preventative measure. The receiver previously used in the main entertainment center always got very hot, and in most cases heat is the great destroyer... This cooling unit sits right on top of my receiver, you can put other equipment directly on top of the cooling case as its sturdy (they say no more than 40 lbs.) and the noise level is negligible. It exhausts upwards, so if you have any equipment properly spaced above it theres a secondary cooling effect on that equipment also. I have it set on the automatic mode; it comes when the temperature reaches 88F and runs until it cools down to 84F. If you have equipment that gets hot or you just want peace of mind, this cooler is something worth considering. Cycles on, cycles off... very efficient. Highly recommended!!!
