> 3 dayThe power cable can easily be pulled out causing all your USB peripherals to turn off A simple design to make it a bayonet stick it in and twist on plastic will solve this problem but that wouldve cost 2¢ extra.

> 3 daySo far I like this a lot. Is great to be able to turn on and off each USB device with out unplugging the cable. The a/c adapter is rather large. This replaced my two other USB hubs so my wiring is now much better organized.

> 3 dayI like it a lot. Its slim, but not too slim so that fat plugs wont fit. The power and cable that came with it are both good and a decent length. I really like the individual on/off switches for each port. As others have mentioned, the indicator light is virtually invisible outside of a directly downward view, but it works as expected. I intend to use it for general purpose (so far so good) and also USB stick duplication (will update when I have news).

> 3 daySo maybe the lights arent the most important part but they sure are handy to know whether youre plugging in to an active outlet or not. My PC only as two USB 3.0 ports adding this baby give me LOTS more options. Phones charge faster. Portable WiFi Jet packs charge faster. Pictures transfer faster. Everything is faster with USB 3.0 and this gadget makes it nice and convenient. No reaching behind and around everything else. Just set the hub up somewhere convenient, plug it into a USB 3.0 port and now you have turned that one port into 16 ports.

> 3 dayDepending on what devices you plug into this thing, you might run out of USB 3.1 endpoints. Most devices work great, as long as theyre not overly complex but others do not. I was unable to use my HOTAS throttle on it at all because I ran out of USB endpoints and it would randomly flip switches while I was trying to play a game, but the flight stick, from the same manufacturer works just fine. USB 3 has a more limited number of simultaneously connected devices that can be attached to a single controller so you might hit that wall, as I have and have to juggle cables to physical ports.

> 3 daySimply plugged in - with some other hubs I did not always get a good connection, but this has solid connections for each item plugged in.

> 3 dayI just got it and hooked it up. I am using it strictly as a power strip for USB devices (not plugged into a computer as a PC USB hub). It looks like it will NOT work with old 30-pin iphones. It seems to work fine with the newer lightning cable and other micro-USB and USB-C cables but it simply will not charge an old iphone, like it doesnt recognize it. I have several old and new iphones so its not just the phone. I was hoping to replace other USB hubs but at least one of them will have to stay on. Everything else seems to work initially so we will see, not feeling too good about it so far. No issues with quality thus far.

> 3 dayTo have the ability to turn ports on and off is very useful. I use this in an engineering lab that I have a bunch of sensors connected to it and to be able to power cycle the sensors just by pushing a button is priceless. Some of these sensors are so far embedded in my test setup that troubleshooting them by power cycling them without having to plug and unplug the USB cord is really very useful for me.

> 3 dayGreat customer support is always appreciated. 4 ports on my hub died, and a replacement was expedited to me no questions asked. Overall happy with the product, it definitely made my USB organization easier.
