this laptop didnt come with an original charger . i bought an older model and the charger mark acer on it. i also find the trackpad is sticking sometimes

I am a Mac user, but I needed Windows for features on Excel, and Im not too fond of Bootcamp on Mac. I just got this, don’t like it looks, lol . But the price is affordable. Nothing to say compare to Mac but the best choice for me. I wanted to the white one but it has only one color.

The computer lost its program, and I cant get it back. When I could not get it back through the computer itself, I downloaded a windows recovery disk on a usb disk, and still can not get the program back.

I wrote a negative review (below) when I first bought this PC, citing its useless bloatware from Microsoft and its partners. I was also frustrated initially by slow page loads, until I realized that the PC was going through lengthy software updates. Since then (after removing the bloatware and getting past the updates), Ive had a very positive impression of this PC, liking its screen, its keyboard, and even its performance, which is acceptably fast (not super fast).

Its light weight yet powerful enough for me. Doesnt have an optical drive Which is a plus for me. Boots fast. Although, I did add an additional 4gb of ram to boost performance.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She can play her club pogo and scroll facebook seamlessly. Not sure if it can handle true gaming being it only has 4gb of ram. The screen is crisp and clear and very beautiful to watch a movie on.

Like bigger screen, great for basic web browsers. Can be slow at times. Perfect for students.

So I finally needed a new laptop because of the prospect of going for my doctorate degree so I figured I would just get a basic laptop since I really only stream some soccer games and surf the web for research and what not. So far I have been using this laptop for a couple of months now and I do really like it, but I am also not picky. I havent had a new laptop in 14 years so thats what I have for comparison haha. Anyways everything is just fine for the price. It starts up real quick and shuts down real quick which is nice. I took it out of S Mode right away because I need to download non Microsoft apps for school and I like it better this way. I also like Chrome a lot more than Windows Edge as a browser. Anyways I do like the design, it feels sturdy and like it could take some abuse. The only disappointment is the battery life. I would expect a basic laptop to have decent battery life since I dont have a lot of apps and dont use it for a lot of high power usage tasks, but between streaming soccer 50% of the usage and just surfing the web for the other 50% it seems to average about 4-6 hours. Now like I said, I havent had a new laptop in a while, but I remember they had that battery life 14 years ago so I think I just expected far better 14 years later. Perhaps 4-6 hours is good. Not sure, but it seems low to me. Oh well, still very satisfied with it and would certainly recommend it to others as of right now.

Touch pad stopped working. This computer is

I got this for gaming by day 3 the touch pad stopped working. I troubleshooted it for days. Nothing worked. It only works with a mouse. I was very disappointed. I returned this item and will buy a different brand. Really sucks cause I liked it for gaming☹️
