I purchased this laptop about 2 weeks ago with some hesitancy but chose to do so based on the reviews and I have been very pleased. Even with what appears to be minimal specs in RAM and HD size, thus far we have not been disappointed. The unit boots up extremely fast due to the SSD and since everything we do is stored on the cloud, we actually have HD space to spare. I can easily have multiple Chrome windows open, plus Word docs and Excel spreadsheets; my wife uses it primarily for her Masters Degree so she often has many things open at once and the laptop manages the load with no noticeably delay or lag. The only thing I may upgrade in time is to add another 4 or 8G of RAM. Not because we notice any delay but when I track the RAM usage via the Task Manager it is rarely below the 60-70% range. Again no noticeable impact to the user experience but an area to upgrade if needed later. I also very much like the backlit the keyboard. In short, I would highly encourage people to purchase this laptop.

Laptop works good, great performance for the value, however the screen quality could be better and the camera quality sucks.

The price is right and the size is right! I got this primarily for video conferencing using wifi to avoid connecting to my ethernet home network. Camera and Mike work great! Good battery life. Nice standard keyboard.

So far this laptop has met all my expectations. It can handle multiple programs at once and handle video editing enough. It is able run a some low end games with no issues like the STALKER series. (Also I through in another 4 gigs of ram so I have 8 gigs in total.)

So, my daughter has loved this computer for 2 weeks and has been able to communicate with friends, play roblox, do video calls, etc. without a problem...until today.
