Greater than one weekThis laptop is honestly the best I’ve had. Works great and the back lit keyboard is amazing! The keys are nice & smooth and the screen quality is beautiful. I recommend if you need a laptop for doing everyday laptop-user things.

Wont stay connected to the internet so I have been on with Acers Support and they tried to fix it but now say I have to send it in to get fixed. This laptop had problems with staying connected from day one. My first Acer and I will never buy another one.
