Mousepad stopped working within the first couple weeks. No exchanges allowed. Long and painful return process.

You get what you pay for. This laptop is slow and makes a lot of noise. We barely used it because it was so slow. We tried to turn it again today after a few months of not using it and it wont turn on. Not worth it.

my acer laptop developed a battery issue 32 days after being delivered to my house and as everyone knows you cant return it after 30 days.sadly acer could only offer a repair but I cant even send it to them since that department is closed due to covid and they cant refund me since I bought it off amazon.in short im stuck with a broken computer and a stick up you know where.i would like a refund for this faulty product if possible.

Very good and affordable laptop!

I faced several issues with this PC in spite on light usage. First google meet does not work on all browsers and suddenly mutes the conversation. We spent ages trying to solve this problem until we discovered that it works only on microsoft edge.

My daughter had to get a laptop for college ..and it had to able run google classroom and another program..but she loves it

Great affordable package. I use it for travel and work (I dont do any heavy computing for work). Runs fast for regular tasks. Very happy. Dont spend more unless you do complex work on your device.
