A few issues but an amazing laptop, once you upgrade the Ram.

This is supposed to be brand new and has very little sound. The volume doesnt work at all.

I bought this and upgraded the hard drive it was very easy and a great value for the price you pay. I am impressed with the laptop so far. I am a basic user and use it for homework and general browsing.

First, I would like to say to ignore the negative reviews from the people who are saying that you can not switch this laptop out of Windows 10 S Mode. You can indeed switch this laptop out of Windows 10 S Mode IF you follow the correct instructions on the website. It will bring you to a page in the Microsoft Store where it will say to get Windows 10 Home. It will NOT ask you to purchase Windows 10 Home.

After 9 months it died. Checked and found battery exhausted, then the cause is a dead charger.

We spent four days trying to set this up, on the phone with Amazon forever. We were going to send it back but we took it to a local computer store and they could not set it up either. They had to start all over and erase everything. It cost me 150 dollars. I should have just returned it but I don’t have time. It’s actually worth the 150 bucks for me not to have to deal with it.

Big screen was a plus , but after some time my network connection started dropping every 5 mins. I check my internet all my other devices were working , but the laptop keeping having the same issue. After trouble shooting and other methods I kept having the same problem.

Laptop does what it needs to, however, it is supremely quiet even at the highest volume. I cant use for work meetings without wearing a headset. Have occasionally tried using it for kids to watch a movie on while traveling, they were a foot away and couldnt hear enough to continue watching.

I use this computer only for grad school HW. So searching, word and PowerPoint. The computer has really slowed in the couple of months that I have owned it. I would not recommend this computer it’s a shame because I will probably have to buy a new one very soon.
