Its a great laptop, we really loved it and its screen its amazing with all the colors that shows.

Works great even better than expected however the stoa rage isn’t amazing that is expected with what I ordered and it’s amazingly customizable for storage and ect. The computer does get really hot sometimes when playing but the fans help cool it down well. Amazing computer highly recommended!

I thought it was dead on arrival, but you have to really pay attention to how you plug it the port in the back. There is an extra pin that clicks when you push a little harder. I learned this after a mild panic attack and much research.

Works great for Genshin. The Game Pass is a nice touch too! Installing Sims 4 on it rn and excited to play again!

This laptop does the job when it comes to gaming. Playing the latest games I pull 75 fps. The only thing that is crappy is the hard drive space. I went out and got a 2tb external hard drive to put my games on. But other than that it does the job.

My daughter order this gaming laptop on Thanks giving, I was happy but my happiness goes in drain, after plugin no lights laptop never work DOA (dead on arrival). I have told I cant reorder it because deal is 01 per customer nor I will get replacement, no other options except return.

Very happy with the laptop. Will upgrade the memory but was still a good deal. I am a little apprehensive about the hinges as the look awful flimsy and each hinge is only about 2 inches each. We will see if it holds up to a preteen gamer…
