Im very disappointed by acer. When I first got the laptop it was not charging. After leaving it for around 24 hours in charge, it started working. Now its been around 7 month and the laptop is dead. Cant understand why this happened. Amazon would not help me to get it fixed. I will not buy Acer again.

I would recommend this labtop for gamers. It has a concurrent FPS of 65 and it has 3-4 hours of gaming life. The backlit keyboard is a constant red color (the color cant be changed. Its always red.) This labtop is very quick at searching things up, and Id recommend it for anyone who just needs a good labtop that works nicely.

Tiene un rendimiento excelente para su precio. Refrigera muy bien lo cual es estupendo ya que vivo en un área calurosa, los videojuegos corren perfectos a más de 170fps con máxima calidad y eso que aún no le hago overclock al chip de video ni al procesador. Lo único que no me gustó es que la bios viene muy, muy restringida.

so that horrible feeling when you buy a laptop and get the delivery and the box seal is open...you decide to look at the condition anyway and all the screws are missing from the bottom case...yeah not fun and now I have to wait to re-order to get same deal until they get this device back as returned...so if I am lucky I will see its replacement in 2 weeks...Im a student and my PC had died and this was a replacement, this now puts me back in progress with school...

Laptop comes in the mail. Second day gets error and blue screen. Third day sparks and kills itself. Manages to turn on. The plug in port would beep nonstop and might shut off again as if the battery is nonexistent.

For a laptop this small and lightweight, I’m surprised at the performance it carries. What an incredible piece of tech!

The power supply has to be plugged in VERY firmly to the back of the laptop... It didnt look like it could go farther in, and the laptop wasnt charging. I pressed again really firmly and heard a click, then it finally started to charge.

On August 30, I bought ten of these laptops for my students. One of the students had a bad charger. I contacted Acer support on September 15. Its been nearly a month. No contact from Acer support. Im on support chat with them now and they said, I see no records of sending the charger because when you contacted us the first time, the device was out of warranty. Evidently, Acer only offers a 15-day support window. Im switching to DELL.
