The screen flickers like an old tube TV attempting to get a station. Attempted to deal with Amazons customer service to trouble shoot and was passed to Acer. Worked with them for 3 weeks and even shipped it to Texas with a VIDEO of the issue. Got a letter back to say they couldnt replicate the issue but replaced the screen. Turned it on myself and within 30 seconds of it idling it was back at it. The customer service was absolutely horrid. Never again. Wasted time and energy on a plastic piece of garbage.

It actually only has 4 gigabytes of vram not 6 like advertised. You can find a deal for better graphics card for just slightly more than this laptop.

Had purchased this same PC with Windows 11. It was a train wreck from the first power up. Almost everything I did (attempt to install any game, load any game, uninstall, etc) resulted in at best the game crashing to desktop or at worst BSOD. This happened constantly, the computer became unusable. Promptly returned and ordered the same laptop except with Windows 10. It is WORLDS better. For me, W11 was a total disaster; most modern games just dont play nice with it.

Works well. My son is able to game at much higher FPS than ps4 or Xbox. Biggest downside is memory but that can be upgraded.

Fast enough to game and powerful enough to create files and such for 3d printing. Graphics are beautiful

I got a 15 inch screen not 17

Sleek little laptop. Issues. The integrated graphics is the default so you must mess with power settings and drivers and the Nvidia control panel 3d settings to actually get the graphics card to work with games. Plenty of resources online. Must get drivers from Acer support not nvidia

I hate the operating system. It wont let me log in without internet. Bummer because I got it to play games when the internet was out.
