I would love to give this laptop an honest review but unfortunately there is a battery issue straight out of the box. The laptop will not charge, which is extremely aggravating. I understand assembly isn’t always perfect but after multiple attempts of charging it, the charging light doesn’t even turn on. I used the charger that comes with the laptop, I used a secondary charger in hopes the charger was faulty with no success. I changed outlets and even made sure the chargers worked on different devices. After doing all this I removed the back panel to see if it was a faulty connection and sure enough no issues there. I am waiting on a replacement currently for a new laptop but am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied given the amount of money I invested. Please be aware of this before your purchase and be prepared for this issue.

They love it

The battery life is awful. I leave it unplugged for an hour (while lid is closed) and it dies on me. Other than that, its okay. Gaming is about the same as you could get on a regular laptop. I just think its overpriced.

Bought this for my son to game with. He loves it and uses multiple apps (Discord, Chrome, his games, etc) while he games and talks with his friends. He brags of this all the time. As an IT Professional for nearly 30 years I give this product my professional approval and recommendation to my clients to purchase it.

That labtop worked great. But Windows11 and the Microphone have become a nightmare. Honestly regret buying this because of windows 11. installing and uninstalling drivers to try and make something happen. Bluetooth and Standard Microphone port are shot.

... if the laptop doesn’t appear to be charging. Don’t take your laptop apart, your warranty will be voided.

Our son is not just a gamer, but a streamer (whose isnt these days?). He has a YouTube channel with videos totalling nearly one million views. The difference in quality producing his content was immediately noticeable vs the 2nd gen i7 ASUS gaming desktop he was previously using, and the specs on that were pretty pumped, too. It handles multitasking, and the display is beautiful to look at when gaming. So far, he has had no issues with frame rate while multitasking and gaming!
