the one i received had no audio

It came with a completely dead battery, return is currently pending. I was really excited for my laptop upgrade. I probably could have swapped the battery myself but I didnt want to void warranty and discover any other issues so I sent it in.

Acer Nitro 5 is a solid Mid level laptop. The Nitro 5 comes in several different variations, not only regarding RAM (8 Gb in this case) or SSD memory (512 GB in this case), but also as I discovered by expanding memory, the internal hardware of Nitro 5 can be different.

Good powerful laptop. The kids took it use hdmi on the there tvs to play there games and synced Xbox, PS5 controllers so they can play their game. They love the high speed and gaming they can do perfect if you do have room for a full set up.

The computer was DOA! It was not sealed. I was able to return it, but for 1K laptop is unacceptable!

Wouldnt turn on or charge. Ive tried multiple chargers and nothing.
