I bought this as a certified refurbish, which Ive had success with. After 2 weeks it bricked, wouldnt reboot. Returned it. No problem so far. I get my refund. $143.10 restock fee. Restock, is it fixed? Or is another unsuspecting customer getting this lemon. Not happy. Fix it, dont restock it.

Despite the architecture it often over heats while in use. The touch pad is faulty - it will also freeze for several seconds, which it does frequently. This would be a terrible choice for gaming.

The seller was Amazon. I paid 1200. I got the windows 11 version.

I got it and now it wont boot I was gaming on it then got the bluescreen of death and now it wont boot and I lost all my stuff and now I have to wait and return it before Amazon will return my money which means I have to wait even longer to get a diff PC save yourself some trouble and do not buy this PC it sucks

reports of DOA were indeed true, I charged the battery for 12 hours, computer was still lifeless.

Perfect fit for the job I do - I don’t use it for gaming.

I run x accounts same mmo and all 3 work without a hiccup on high graphics. but i play on low with high draws just to keep it lasting and to get more fps control etc...
