Battery not working, had to buy a New one

I like the feel of the keyboard and just the size and frame of the whole product itself. Has slightly sharp edges so it hurts your forearm if you type and rest you arms on it. The performance is outstanding in playing games but you cant really multitask as much on it since it only has 8gb ram and a good CPU. but definitely can run at 60 or more in fps in warzone 2.0.

Great when its plugged in but honestly about 1-1.5 hours of gaming or streaming before you start getting the battery notification. Its also kind of heavy so I dont think I would buy this again.

Ive only had this for a day now, so I cant speak to longevity. All in all Im pleased with this laptop. Its lightweight but packs a punch still. Set up and updating was quick and easy. Its a great utilization of space, only a slim border around the screen and keyboard.

It never powered up. I got the box and as soon as I picked it up I could feel everything inside the box sliding around. The laptop was actually packed well in its own box for the manufacturer, but then Amazon put the smaller box into a much bigger box with no packing material. I have worked in shipping my whole adult life (about 35 years) and anyone who has ever shipped a package knows that is no way treat delicate electronics. I could just pitcher it being slammed around every time the shipping truck took a turn or hit its breaks. I dont put this issue on Acer. They did a good job packing it. This one is on Amazon and their shipping department. I put packing material in the box when I retuned it. I couldnt bring myself to ship it back the way they shipped it to me.

My son is using this computer to make music with his guitar and some music program. It works perfect.

I was fully prepared to buy a starter gaming pc that couldn’t handle much… this thing handles damn near everything. Aside from raytracing, graphic settings on all the games I play are mostly set to high. I was going to get something more powerful later on, but now I’m sticking with this a while. I’m very happy with it.

I was casually browsing around for a laptop, and this one came out at the right time. I bought this on sale for $679.99, and with a i7-11800H with a RTX 3050 Ti, its a fantastic price. Usually laptops that have a dedicated 3050 Ti hover around the $800 mark with a lesser performing CPU.
