muy buena calidad, la verdad es que trae todo lo que dice en la descripcion es de 17 pulgas la lap osea que esta muy grande y esoes bueno la calides de la pantalla y super para lo videojuegos

This laptop is amazing as soon as you get rid of windows 11. However to get rid of W11 you have to do an oem install of Linux as if you were a manufacturer because windows locks the bios. Once that is complete the nitro runs like dream.

Bloatware on this device. Was not interested in Norton and when tried to remove could not due to application error. This is a problem with the Image Acer uses to load these in the factory.

If you are going to try to game in any capacity you have to start here. I tried to run wow on your standard 500$ laptop and it failed miserably. This lap top runs the game comfortably and seems to be the entry level price for gaming in 2023. Start here

Great laptop; red keyboard is fantastic

***UPDATED REVIEW*** Keyboard failed days before my warranty was up. Called their support, I could barely understand the guy talking, told me to reboot the computer and call back if it doesnt work. Now my warranty expired, and I have to replace the keyboard. Have to use an external keyboard to write this review. I feel they had a chance to correct this before my warranty expired. I would spend a few extra bucks, and get a different brand. ***STAY AWAY***

I received the laptop, plugged in the power supply, but nothing would light up or power on. After troubleshooting with Acer tech support, they wanted me to send the laptop in for repair. I decided that a brand new laptop shouldnt need repaired and opted to return for a full refund instead.

Second Acer I have owned. The last was good, but had heat problems, and they seem to have addressed this on their newer models. Runs great, fast retreaval, great for gaming so far. I also run a second Acer monitor on it for productivity when working. Works like a charm.

first when it arrived just lift it om my porch then I took it out of the box and plug it in and nothing happen so I try plugin it in some were else and still no power so I whent to amazon to do a return they call me right back and told be to plug in in and push button I told them I did all this and then they told be to plug it into and other outlet then I told her I did this to 3 time then she said did you watch the video make shore you turn it on right that the first thing I did before opening the box is watch the video then she gave me wrong instruction for return I would never ever by this from them again

Can play most games efficiently. Playing some high fps games like warzone this thing struggles but overall happy with the laptop. Price isn’t bad but if you want something to play with higher fps I’d go for laptop have 3080’s or the newer 40 series cards. Or just build your own pc.
