Unless you are an advanced PC user, and know how to designate your graphics card as primary as the VERY first power on, and know how to get all the settings where they need to buy... then DONT BUY.. they didnt think this one through. Im an acer fan and computer technician who also builds custom PCs, Acer dropped the ball. The program is shotty, it didnt even handle APEX Legends for more than 3 matches before Apex shut it down. The specs seem like a good option, yeah, for solitare and watching YouTube, but they need to chose better programmers, and designers. The fan option is great without having to use downloaded software, the screen is wonderful, but the integrated graphics and having to switch it manually to the GPU was a pain, not to mention, you have to update NVIDIA BEFORE ALL updates, if you dont, you will not be able to update and need a fresh start to fix. Mind you, you needed all this info BEFORE you just buy, and this info isnt listed as a tagged warning on their website. Either stand behind your product or remove it from the market and upgrade another 2 PCs.. ya know?

Con. Okay so I ordered this laptop for my daughters birthday. So on day one I told her it will not turn on till you charge it so first thing she did was plugged it in and let it charge a few moments later we powered it up and my daughter was super excited so she went on to download a game she likes to play online. So the next day she goes to play the game and the screen froze shortly into the game so first thing was to wait to see if maybe it was lag but after a minute or so nothing still froze. Mouse didnt move so next I pushed alt, control, delete. Nothing so the ESC and nothing then the windows key. So I powered it down and powered back up keyboard lights up but no display so I hold the power key down for 15 seconds nothing. So I decided to power down again and power up and nothing but the keyboard powers up. So I this point Im upset and my daughter is super bummed after being super happy and excited a moment ago .so I called costumer support and they let me know that my computer is under warranty and it can be taken care of but I get cut off and Im running late for work so I decided Id call back after work. So I called again and talked to costumer support again so went through the same conversation and then they said they could refund my money or replace it I optioned for a replacement they said ok but because of the price there supervisor would have to ok it I said ok so after about ten minutes on the phone the till me that there supervisor cant ok the transaction that they have to wait for the morning supervisor to do this I said fine and that I would be contacted the next day....... Well its been so its been 4 days and nothing Im starting to feel scammed by Amazon for some reason. So in my opinion stay away from this laptop and DO NOT BUY ANY Electronics from AMAZON.

After opening the box, it did not turn on. I thought the battery was low, so I connected it to the charger, but the led did not turn on. After a whole night connected, it did not turn on.

Very fast for the money. Upgraded the NVME drive to 2TB and memory to 32GB 9TEAMGROUP T-Force Zeus DDR4 SODIMM 32GB 3200MHz (PC4-25600) 260 Pin CL22 Laptop Memory Module Ram - TTZD432G3200HC22-S0100. Works perfect! Battery life pretty decent at 4-5 hours medium use. Wifi is fast and Screen looks great for everyday surfing and movies.

I needed a new gaming laptop for a bit and this one is perfect. Runs fast, has space to had an extra hard-drive. Resolution is good for most games.

Got this on sale and have no regrets. Screen quality is really good, and gameplay is smooth. I like how it has its own cooling system, so if youre hardcore gamer and you want a starter laptop to buy. get this one for sure. Good graphics and Great storage for a reasonable price.

Been using it for a month, very good performance for the money. First time Norton updated it caused a no boot condition. A quick restore and I was back in businessband uninstalled Norton, been working fine since. Good specs for the money, battery life isnt spectacular at about 2.5 hours . Overall decent laptop value.

Battery life less than advertised. Horrible Windows 11 defaults have things being opened if the mouse just hovers over them and it took me a few days of trial and error to turn it off since it is no longer just a check box. Suggest not connecting to the internet until changing. Site claims made in Taiwan, but box state made in China. Bottom does not have access door for RAM upgrade so you need to take off the whole thing to upgrade. Still trying to adjust the backlight shutoff time.
