Laptop is awesome but I’ve had it for only a couple months and it already stopped charging. I have no idea whether it’s the charger itself or a faulty battery, but I’m really hoping it’ll be an easy fix saying that I do enjoy using this laptop. Other than the charger, the graphics are good and I’ve been able to run games such at GTA 5 with out any issue. Just make sure if you are having issues with any games lagging, that your laptop is updated because that can be an issue.

The computer was DOA! It was not sealed. I was able to return it, but for 1K laptop is unacceptable!

I ordered this laptop for school as a programmer & computer science major. I was impressed by the slick lightweight feel of this laptop. I was surprised to see that it included the proper hardware to install more memory if needed although it only has half a gig they make it easy for you to upgrade. The 3050TI operates very smooth with the i7 . I was able to code and run programs from gaming to video editing. I would highly recommend this product for its high quality and very affordable price compared to other laptops.

The screen flickers like an old tube TV attempting to get a station. Attempted to deal with Amazons customer service to trouble shoot and was passed to Acer. Worked with them for 3 weeks and even shipped it to Texas with a VIDEO of the issue. Got a letter back to say they couldnt replicate the issue but replaced the screen. Turned it on myself and within 30 seconds of it idling it was back at it. The customer service was absolutely horrid. Never again. Wasted time and energy on a plastic piece of garbage.

This is a great computer for its value. It gets the job done with the majority of games i play. I just wish that it was shipped it better condition. Computer works great nothing wrong thankfully

I havent found any real problems with this laptop yet, has a program mapped to a key that allows you to change the mode from battery saving to optimal performance which is really handly. The same program has other features like allowing you to manually control the speed of both of its 2 internal fans (one for cpu and one for gpu). Awesome little laptop for its price point, great for all around use and runs most games at max settings with decent frame rate. Definitely worth the money to me.

I dont use it for gaming but video editing instead. Boots fast, just wish the battery would last a bit longer.

I know this is a gaming laptop but for a non-computer expert, I liked the price and it seemed that it would be able to do all that I needed it to do (store a ton of files and move through the internet quickly). Its a bigger laptop, but maybe thats because its for gaming? I like that it has the HDMI port in the back as well as the area to plug in for charging. With the way my desk is set up, this works nicely because it keeps cords out of the way. For what I use it for the computer seems to handle things quickly.
