Laptop ramdomly shut off and never turned back on. Tried changing battery and charger. Motherboard must be fried. Only was used a couple hours a day. Is a pain to open up and do diagnostics.

Very good laptop, I’ve had it for about a month now and so far it hasn’t done anything strange. The fan is quite, and I can’t say much about the battery life because I have it plugged in mostly 24/7. But definitely a good laptop for the price.

Great laptop, great performance, nice features, everything is great except one thing, the keyboard is absolutely horrendous. The keys dont stick out very high which wouldnt be a problem if the keys were responsive but they are absolutely not, opposite from it. Ive included a video showing what I mean. Some presses wont register and you have to press really hard for all presses to register. I find that very annoying. I dont know if its the unit I got or if all of them have the same issue.

I bought this 5 days ago and at first it was really good for gaming and everything I needed it for but after 5 days the the laptop wont charge no matter how many times I plugged in the charger it neither gave me a error nor a charging sign it just wont charge. I personally think I wasted my money on a item that couldnt even last 1 month without getting a repair like wth is this.

Bought for my son to do light gaming on - which it works fine for. But very surprised with the expandability. 2 slots for NVMe drives and a bay for a SATA full size SSD, all usable. 3 HDDs in a laptop!

Cant play games, cant even use the hdmi. Everything causes a blue screen. I can barely use it for documents cause if you add too many text boxes or more than 5 or pictures the computer freaks out and boom another bsod

For the price it’s a pretty reliable gaming laptop. Perfect for the gamer on the go who keeps their real equipment at home.
