Overall its pretty solid. Ive had this laptop for about 2 months now and dont use it often but when I do its almost always for gaming. I like the graphics for GTA5, Rocket League, and Fortnite as well as the videos played from my streaming services and external dvd player. What I dont like is the extremely short play time I get from the battery and the fact that this small white line suddenly appeared in the middle of the screen.

After 6 months of light use the screen goes completely black and wont turn on

This is the first gaming laptop I ever owned, although I have owned about 6 other laptops previously. This is a great gaming platform with just a few cons.

Laptop stopped charging with the cable provided by the manufacturer 24 hours after I received the laptop.

I wanted to write a review about this to say first, lots of the reviews I read comment on the backlighting of the keyboard and how it turns off after 30 seconds and there is nothing you can do to change that. I found that is incorrect. The computer has a NITRO control center and inside that window there is a little settings wheel in the top right corner, if you click that button, you can choose to click off the selection to turn off the backlighting after 30 seconds. I found the keys going dark every 30 seconds to be super annoying but now they stay on all the time and its great! I did not buy this for gaming, my company IT department recommended a gaming type of laptop for the computing needs of my job and this was one they recommended. The system works well for my needs. I enjoy the high resolution screen, seamless program operation, plug in options, soft touch keys, and many other features of this laptop. I travel for work at times and this is heavy and large to travel with, but I accept the trade off for the computing power that I need on the budget I have. I would recommend.

El equipo es muy bueno , tiene características que son inigualables para el precio por el cual se vende, muy rápido y la pantalla es tal cual lo describe, ahora lo que me da inconformidad es la calidad del material, se que es un equipo de bajo costo en comparación a los otros equipos gamer de alta gama, pero el material de la carcasa, siento que es pobre, se ve como plástico de muy baja calidad, me hubiera gustado que fuera un material mas refinado, siendo un equipo de una marca de renombre como es ACER.

La laptop es de muy buena calidad, el unico fallo que le encontre es que el wifi se desconecta de vez en cuando, pero actualizando los drivers se soluciona

I didn’t think I’d actually like the laptop so I went for the cheaper version. But I’m coming around to actually enjoying it. Since I bought it I’ve been pushing it to the max on what it can do,( VR and graphics intensive games) and it has kept up with it. Definitely for the budget gamer. And love that you can add more drives to it(m.2 and a SATA hard drive bay). Definitely plan on getting the higher end model in the future.

Lost battery with in a month, returning now to see if I can get replacement or refund.
