> 3 dayThe laptop that I received had software issues from the very beginning and would not stop giving me a blue screen. I couldnt even log in. I tried to send it to Acer for repair since I didnt want to go through the hassle of returning but even Acer couldnt fixed the problem. Finally, I returned the defective product under the understanding that I could get a full refund. However, they only refunded me HALF of what I paid claiming that it was because I didnt return it with the box. The reason I could not return the box was that I shipped it to Acer prior and Acer shipped it back with different packaging. Even if some of the refund cannot be given back due to the need for a replacement box, I do not understand how it can total to $355.27 off. I have returned every other part that was in the box including the Styrofoam packaging, strap, charger, and upgrade cable. I cannot find a legitimate reason for why the box would cost over 300 dollars.

> 3 dayI got this laptop for my wife so she could edit photos and play games at a mid-level of graphics processing. Unfortunately we never got far enough to test those capabilities. The keyboard had half a dozen keys that worked mechanically but were unresponsive electronically. As a former A+/Network+ certified IT technician I figured I could update some drivers and get this running anyhow. But as I spent a few hours researching this issue I discovered that this keyboard issue is one that is a more general problem for this model of Acer laptop and that this is a known issue that has not been resolved by the manufacturer. After a few hours of attempting fixes, all to no avail, I returned this device for a refund. I recommend anyone looking for a lower end gaming laptop pay the extra $50-$100 to go with another brand and avoid this model altogether.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop to replace my old gaming desktop as well as be mobile with it as I travel. It worked great right out of the box. Setup was super fast and easy! Most games I can run at ultra settings! Video editing and photo editing work just great. I id notice some lag when I had too many tabs open when Im doing research but it may be software issues on my end. I intend to add another 8 GB of memory soon and pop in a 1TB SSD soon. This laptop works great! Battery though isnt the greatest but its to be expected on a beast of a machine!

> 3 dayI wanted to try this laptop because I was attracted to the design style and overall power included for gaming. Im not a gamer - but wanted to benefit from the graphics and processing speed that would be included.
