This computer has been fantastic for my daughter. She wanted to dip her toes into pc gaming, but is young enough that she isn’t going to play anything too graphics intensive. So far it has not disappointed. For a young gamer getting their first gaming pc, this is a perfect balance between cost and hardware. If on the other hand you are getting a gaming pc for an older child or adult that plays more intense games, this isn’t the best option. It’s a solid value on an entry level gaming pc.

Im still working with the seller to try to fix the situation. The computer showed up, I removed all the bloat (programs Ill never participate in). I do video editing and sound design so just needed something for semi-heavy rendering with Vegas Pro 20 & Studio One 6 Recording software. 2 weeks in, everything happened in 1 day. Rebooted on its own. No big deal right? Then a couple hours later during light work load (no gaming, Im not a gamer) long beep that wouldnt stop. Turned off with the power button. Waited maybe 10 minutes. Pushed the power button; nothing, no power. Been through all the troubleshooting (most of which I couldnt do because no power) but I figured they knew something I didnt. It is currently a paperweight. I will proably come back and update this later but if someone asked me today, Id say DO NOT buy this computer. Ive heard about nothing but problems, even possession after doing more research on the internet. I guess Acer doesnt care about their customers. I like Lenova. Ive had 3 in the past 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. My T430 Laptop has out lasted everything. Im on it now. Stay tuned for more later.

I was happy to get my new computer, but the HDMI cables for my monitors will not plug in. Sad now.

As someone who is very inept and clueless when it comes to computers and gaming, this desktop was a great beginner gaming desktop. Im not much of a hardcore gamer, but I am able to run most of the games that I play including Overwatch, Assassins Creed, and Monster Hunter. I also mostly use the computer for schoolwork and work-related projects, and it is plenty enough for just that.

Overall, not bad, but if you are looking for a gaming pc this is not it. My Acer laptop has better graphics than this. Either go for a better graphics card with computer or plan on buying a 300–600-dollar card

Great PC for the price. Got it as a secondary pc. I added 32 gigs of 3200 mhz ram, installed a second m.2 drive and added 2 sata drives to it for a total of 10TB of storage. (note: you need to have sata cables to add HDDs, but the connectors are on along the edge of the motherboard sticking out the side towards the bottom side of the pc, took me a minute to find them). The wifi card works fine in it but I swapped mine out for the killer wifi card simply because its better and the killer software gives you nice control on wifi settings. I paired it with an ASUS 32 inch wquhd 144 hz monitor. The keyboard it comes with is kinda small, which is good if you have limited space but I prefer a bigger keyboard so I used a different one. ( I have large hands) I did not use the mouse it comes with, I prefer a thumb trackball mouse but the mouse it comes with is functional and works fine. So far it has performed well. Plays games just fine. Its easy to add upgrades to it. If you buy this pc, in the very minimum i recommend adding at least 1 more 8gb strip of ram to it at 3200 mhz for optimal performance. The 8GB it comes with is not enough for gaming, but this pc is a great starter for the money. If youre on a budget and looking for something affordable, this ACER Nitro is great. I might upgrade the video card at a later date but the Geforce it comes with will run every game currently on the market on medium to high settings, older games can be run at max settings. Overall I am happy with it.
