This has been a really great laptop, no issues with it, it runs top tier games at full graphics quality without a hitch and with other programs running in the background. The one tiny problem I did have was with the printing wearing away on a single key on the keyboard, and I contacted Acer support and asked them to send me a new keyboard and they did! Also in case youve had horror experiences with the battery replacement process on other gaming laptops, I checked before I bought this one and the battery is really easy to replace. The keyboard is designed in a way that I think will keep small particles from getting stuck under them, and the keys are easy to replace if you have the same problem I did with the printing wearing off. Its also really nice to have a keyboard with a full numpad on a laptop.

I bought this to get my son to study more, even though I don’t allow his computer games most of the time. It worked. He takes pride in his online classes. And he has game nights on Fridays, too.

While this laptop does have a nice design and decent screen with 144hz refresh rate, my experience with this laptop has been plagued with power issues that required my computer to go back to Acer for now a 2nd time for the same exact issue. On top of that, Acer customer support is not easy to access or particularly helpful until you get higher level managers involved. For a laptop that costs such a premium price, I would expect a much higher quality product and that simply has not been the case. Very disappointed in Acer this time around.

The fan is not working now, and of course warranty and support expired in June. No computer Ive owned has had a problem like that so soon. Overall Ive been disappointed with this computer. It uses more power than most laptops. I travel and live off-grid most of the time. I attempted to get a 12v charge cord so i wouldnt need to run it through my inverter but wasnt able to find one. So that was my first disappointment.

WIFI constantly drops in and out, all other devices including my old lap top have no problems. it is definitively related to this computer. i have tried all sorts of things to fix with no success.

Fantastic gaming laptop! This is a huge improvement over the Acer Nitro laptop in every way. The 144 hz screen is incredible and it’s hard to go back to standard 60 hz displays after using it. You can push your mobile gaming to the limit but be aware the battery life is not great. The fans can also get extremely loud when playing graphic intensive games. This is a great middle point gaming laptop for anyone looking to game on the go!

My wife uses this laptop. Absolutely love that you can customize the keyboard lights. The keyboards keys look and feel great. Fans are quiet. Runs all the games she plays with ease. Beautiful looking laptop. Looks a like quality, feels like quality, and runs like quality. The software that is used to keep track of and adjust the settings on GPU, cpu, fans, lights, etc is easy to understand and use and provides a good overview of stats. No issues. Love this laptop. Would highly recommend.

I have had many computers in my life... custom and store-bought. This one has been pretty good so far. Handles everything I need professionally and everything I want for fun. As a gamer and designer, this gets it done.
