> 3 dayEl cargador no servia y algunas teclas como subir/bajar volumen y el brillo de la pantalla no respondían a esta funcion, una lastima ya que me agrado bastante el diseño y la calidad de construcción pero nada de eso sirve si la computadora como tal no funciona.

> 3 dayOverall, Im super pleased with this laptop, and I am also really glad I went with the model that has the 16GB DDR4 RAM and the 512GB SSD storage space. The screen has great resolution, basically anything Ive done on it is super fast, and for the price point, youre getting a lot of laptop.

> 3 dayI don’t know what the hell happened, I disconnected my computer from the tv and now my laptop won’t turn on. I wouldn’t recommend plugging it into your tv. However it works well.

> 3 dayThis Acer laptop worked great for about a year of light use. Sometimes I would only use it to play some games once per week. Right after my one year warranty expired, the screen just stopped working. It stays black even when the laptop powers on. I called Acer about this issue and they wanted me to pay to ship it to them for repairs because the warranty expired. A $1,200 laptop should last longer than a year. Im very disappointed.

> 3 dayAfter a couple of additions (2 gig Nvme and some ram) this little guy almost keeps up with my i9 10900k Alienware Aurora R11 with a 2080ti in it. I’ve been very impressed with the performance of this laptop especially for the price. I like to use it to power my Oculus Quest (use as a Rift) for PC games with Virtual Monitor and it’s done very well. It gets a little hot but I’m not friendly to it with the game settings and run everything wide open. Love having the portability of a laptop to game at work.

Greater than one weekGoing from a first generation i7 quad core to a ninth generation hex core has been quite a leap forward and really enjoy the computer.

> 3 dayI took the best care of my laptop, making sure that it was always secure, never dropped, not even scratched, and I only downloaded software that was from verified corporations such as Steam. After only running this computer for 7 days and over-clocking it when it was tanking on frames, the computer would just freak out and shut down permanently. If you try to turn it back on, it simply just restarts over and over again within a 1-3 second time-frame without giving you any chance at all to change anything or modify it. I can assure you that I didnt leave this laptop on for long periods of time, and at most gamed for 6 hours in one day. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and now I have to get the laptop fixed because it wont even start up anymore. Please if youre looking for a good computer, I beg you not to buy this version. Its horrible and it tanks to run good games like COD B03 Zombies. I suggest buying the $1450 version of this computer, as it has a better graphics card, more RAM, and just overall a better computer. Do not waste your money on this, because I promise you its an extremely mid-tier computer that will tank to run a lot of good games. If youre looking only to run games like L4D2 and other low-graphics games like that, then I can assure you that this computer is for you. Other than that, I highly advise you get an upgrade because itll save you from wasting your money. I hope this helped, and let me know if other buyers have encountered the same issue.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop because the one I had for school finally started to give out, so I thought I might as well go all-out and get a computer I could also use for gaming. Im brand new to PC gaming, so for anyone who is buying this as a way to ease yourself into it, but also needs it for practical purposes I hope this helps. It runs games at at a really high FPS and the screen quality is pretty good at 144hz. However, it is extremely loud and theres not really a way to fix that if you want to use it for work or school. I also received it with a broken frame amd had to return it.
