Bought this for my husband and son for gaming and they absolutely love it! Quality for the price is excellent! We looked at tons of gaming laptops and took the time to make sure we would be happy with our purchase and we definitely are!

Bought this for normal use and a little bit of gaming. Overall, its a great laptop that can handle a few tasks at the same time and work as normal. The battery life could be better but its still enough.

Going from a first generation i7 quad core to a ninth generation hex core has been quite a leap forward and really enjoy the computer.

It keeps disconnecting from Wifi and i work from home and that really annoying.

this laptop is amazing and their service is great.

Machine had a hardware issue and continuously blue-screened. Customer service was miserable and a giant waste of time.

I have had this laptop since july22 since the day I got it I have kept it on a 4 inch high cooling rack with all external peripheral monitor mouse etc. Well the fan quit working in the back and now have to wait 20+ days for a fix this is crazy and I cant just get a refund it has to be fixed this computer was my job so now Im out of work thanks acer
