The computer just kept shutting off randomly every time I gamed... Super unfortunate cause I really enjoyed the computer but ended up returning gonna try a different brand. :(

So when it just came, everything was perfect. Looked good, powered up good and functioned good. But the wifi fails to connect after 3 or maybe 4 days of playing league of legends, a game which literally requires no graphic & memory & CPU performance. Overheating? Yes but Im fine with it. Noise? Yes Im fine. Other detail issues? Yes but Im still fine. But it is not cool at all when your internet component started to fail at a rate of 1/5minutes and ended up with 1/minute. You know what is even funnier, I cannot even upload a picture because the wifi just constantly fail when I am literally writing this review. At first I thought it might be my wifi, but I contacted RCN and troubleshoot it, and then at the mean time I switched back to my Mac and the game went perfectly fine. So I thought it might work this time, but ended up with an EPIC FAIL. I also updated my network card drive and ended up even worse. Well I am not blaming Acer but I do wanna say thanks for ruining my winter vacation. Going back to college now lmao. Oh and another thing, I cannot submit this review now because I am disconnected. Awesome computer for games.

I recently bought this laptop and I very disappointed. I keep getting a blue error screen and also the video card advertised is not the one I received.

my kids using this for about 3 months now. he loves it. seems sturdy. the laptop gets pretty hot on top close to monitor, but the games seem to work fine. seen couple of graphics lag for few seconds, but that may be insufficient knowledge of graphics settings for specific games.

While this product still succumbs to the heat problems that laptops are known for, this product has been well tuned for gaming on a budget without major sacrifices.

This computer is a scam. The components itself are good however theres constant framedrops randomly that render gaming useless. Lets say youre playing your favorite competitive game and you get a random framedrop from 100s to 15 for 15 second. This happens constantly and randomly. Its just not worth it

Im writing a while after I had bought this laptop. At first, it was good and provided solid performance. Now it barely scraps by on 1080p games. The reason being after a few months maybe half a year I noticed ma metal scraping noise. At first, I didnt think anything of it and maybe something minor.

This thing said VR ready but IS NOT compatible with Oculus Rift...!!!! WHAT THE HELL?!!!! And theres no way to return it... SO PISSED!

Great refresh rate with the gtx1060. I can run everything highest setting in gtav. Just need to buy yourself an extra ssd for more storage.
