> 24 hourI’ll start by saying I purchased this product on sale, I payed $1011 and for that price you can’t beat it! I mainly payed for the processing power as this has an i7 8750H, Six cores 12 threads! This laptop makes super easy work of writing papers, powerpoints and browsing the web! I’m sure it can do some great photo and video editing as well! I utilize the GPU when I’m between classes and ahead of my assignments, just launch a game and I’m set! Overall excellent laptop for the price I payed! Battery life isn’t good but that’s expected, I get about 3-4 hrs on battery with battery saver on at 50% brightness.

> 24 hourGreat for video editing, gaming, work or anything that you would like to use it for, and the screen movement feels so smooth with the 144fps.

> 24 hourFrom day one I was disappointed in it. I bought it to play WOW, and as an upgrade from my prior laptop. Resolution is lovely however it heats up very quickly. Within 45 min of running the game you can’t touch the numbers or movement keys because it will burn your flesh. The power supply box overheated and died twice and they are lovely 50+$ to replace. 8 months I have had it and it just keeps getting worse. I did go though all the steps to correct the over heating, it’s on a cooling pad, the settings changed to blow the internal fans higher, every other possible problem I could come up with. I would highly pressure against this laptop and I’m upset I spent the money I did on it since I can only use it for an hour at a time and I have to switch to my old one anyways.

> 24 hourLaptop ran well right out of the box, was charged about 70% on arrival. Packaging nice and sturdy. Laptop works great, have had for almost a year and it is still working the same as new. Screen quality is good, runs really well. Can play newest games on High graphics easily. Several games on Ultra-High are limited to 60 fps, but most people who buy laptops for gaming dont expect more. Fans do run very loudly though, dont expect to game quietly. You can manually control the fans, but I find it best to let the laptop choose, as it is very good at knowing what speed to set the fans to. It doesnt run the fans high until you get into games, and it will slowly decrease after exiting the game rather than dropping the fans immediately. Its also a very cool-looking laptop in my opinion.

> 24 hourGreat value and quality for $999. I have upgraded the storage and RAM, this thing is a powerhouse that can run the top games at medium-high settings. 144hz screen looks amazing. The laptop does get hot when playing certain games or running at full capacity, but I used XTU to turn down the throttles a bit. I also purchased some thermal compound to improve the heat reduction. Perfect for mobile gaming, first Acer purchase, will likely purchase again.

> 24 hourThis computer has been a pleasure to own. Boots up in 5 seconds, wicked processing. The one weak spot is the video card, but I knew that when I bought it. The 1060 is a lot cheaper than the 1080. It will play most things but if you want to handle new games at top graphics the 1060 wont cut it.

> 24 hourWas relatively cheap and thats what I got. The computer after a year is barely holding together. This is a 12-18 month computer.
