> 24 hourIve only had this computer for about a month almost and I keep getting a blue screen that shuts down and restarts my computer. This helps no one when you spend so much money on it. I work from home, trade options and lve stream on facebook and youtube. I thought it would help but I guess I have to send it back or have t repaired?? Work Stopped.

> 24 hourThis breaks my heart. This is my 3rd acer laptop in a row. I was expecting outstanding performance without compromise for a good price, like I have previously experienced. This doesnt meet my high expectations that I used to have for acer gaming laptops around 1000-1100. It runs at 95 degrees Celsius (or higher) running heroes of the storm on ANY graphical setting. It doesnt matter if you play ultra or medium, the laptop is going to be very hot. I have a large cooling pad underneath that is elevated by a second unplugged cooling pad. It heats up to the point that it throttles itself and then my gaming experience suffers. This feels like a downgrade from the Acer aspire v17 nitro that just died after 4 years of dependable and outstanding service.

> 24 hourIt was a hot mess. It came in very good condition the only downside was, it literally over cooked the cpu. I under volted it .125 and kept air on it but after long sessions it became so hot your could fry eggs on it. Im surprised the keyboard didnt melt.

> 24 hourIt took me a long time to find the answer to the running hot issues, but I finally did so I will post it here. I was running at 98 most of the times with big games and the keyboard was so hot I couldn’t stand to touch it. The issue with mine turned out to be intel’s turbo boost technology..it needs to be disabled otherwise it will overclock your processes and run at those high temps. I disabled it and am now running in the 70s consitantly. I can’t share with you here how to disable it but if you search the internet you will find it. Now it’s just a fantastic machine for the price.

> 24 hourIt is fast, good for gaming. You will definitely need extra storage. And the fan is a little bit loud.

> 24 hourGreat computer! Can play games like COD black ops 4, Just cause 3 and Fortnite, I average around 160 for fortnite when the computer is plugged in (frames drop to 30 fps when unplugged). The computer can get pretty toasty but if you have coolboost settings enabled then youll be fine, fans wont bother you when wairing headphones but can be somewhat loud. Overall great laptop and worth the buy.

> 24 hourI am used to a large screen but this one has very nice graphics. It is very fast, intuitive, and lightweight. I love the light-up keyboard and over-all smart looks.
