Great computer my son loves it

Buyer Beware! I opened this up and was greeted with seizure inducing screen flicker. I then looked online and there are posts everywhere about this unresolved issue. Thank goodness I cam return it for a refund. So disappointed.

Awesome computer for games.

Purchased as it was amazons choice and a great price for a gaming PC. Was good for a while with minimal use and all of a sudden the screen damaged out of nowhere while watching Netflix. I do enjoy the pc but the quality of the screen doesn’t seem to last long.

Laptop overheats while gaming reaching temperatures of 97 Celsius. I sent the laptop to Acer for repairs. They sent it back saying it was fixed that they replaced the motherboard. I tested it and to my surprise it was overheating again. I contacted Acer again and once again they told me to sent it to them for rapairs. I sent it for for second time hoping this would be the last time. After I got it back once again it keeps overheating. I contact them and asked them for a refund or a replacement. They told me they dont do refunds that 97 Celsius is ok even though I have sent it to them for that reason twice. They want me to sent it back for repairs a 3rd time. At this point Acer has used my laptop more than me. I use predator sense plus a cooling pad but it doesnt help. Laptop still overheats.

Was relatively cheap and thats what I got. The computer after a year is barely holding together. This is a 12-18 month computer.

This thing is a beast straight out of the box, and with some upgrading will get even better! All gaming PCs as powerful as this one are going to get hot.. deal with it, or buy a less powerful machine

It Crashes nonstop and i have no idea why it keeps saying it had to restart.

I just made a huge jump from a 2013 Hp laptop to this one.... Acer is crazy for this one haha! This is the most powerful device in my house right now. I’m probably going to use it to make Youtube videos and play video games. You can play fortnite on this thing with ULTRA settings no joke!!!
