> 3 dayLaptop seems to work good for my 3d processing and editing but I am disappointed to see a dead pixel on my brand new laptop, im sure I could have sent it back but it would be such a hassle to reload all my software so i will keep it but not totally satisfied with the screen quality.

> 3 dayThe first time I bought this laptop, it arrived with a malfunctioning key. Acer wanted me to pay for the shipping to have it repaired/replaced (which was quite pricey), and said the process would take weeks, so I replaced it through amazon instead (which only took 2 days and was free). The second laptop I received overheats when playing games (CPU temps average 95 celsius within 5 minutes of playing the witcher 3). Getting that fixed also requires sending it in. But thats not the worst part. One of the keys on my keyboard recently fell off, after 4 months of use. Acer wont send me a new key, and they want me to pay $700 to send my laptop in for repairs. $700 TO REPLACE A &*$@ING KEY. Ill probably never buy another Acer product. This laptop seemed too good to be true, and it was. All those specs at that low of a price came at the cost of terrible manufacturing quality.

> 3 dayThe screen broke the first week I got it, when I put about 3 pounds of pressure on top of the closed laptop and shattered then bled until the whole screen was unuseable. I sent it in for repairs under the manufacturers warranty, and after going through all that, they literally sent it back to me without a word and said they wont repair it. Ive since connected it to a computer monitor but still had numerous issues with it, and clearly it was a defectively manufactured laptop that had loose components including the screen placement.

> 3 dayThe computer works well. Good graphics, quick response. Wish it had a couple more usb ports. Seems there are never enough. Bought a hub. Fans work well, but are noticeable when active. No touch screen, didnt expect one. Havent pushed the battery.

> 3 dayI was deployed for training for 6 months and needed a good laptop to handle anything I threw at it, including gaming. I have a desktop I built at home with high end components and wasn’t sure how the gtx1060 would fare in comparison. It’s able to play the same games I play on my duel gtx1070s and I’ve been able to keep the laptop relatively cool at around 77 degrees with settings on high or ultra. Screen is great, HD at 144hz and games run smooth. I see no screen tearing or any other issues.

Greater than one weekI bought this product to mainly play Fortnite on and when I looked at the specs, it looked good to game on but there are random frame drops when I play. These drops happen randomly and I have looked at posts and people are linking it to the temperature of the computer. I wouldnt recommend buying this to play any game that requires even a little GPU. FYI my Fortnite settings are all on low and it still happens
