We have an earlier version that works well. This one kept freezing up and had to be hard rebooted. We returned the laptop with no issues. Good company. May just be a one off.

Im not playing any crazy triple A games on this or anything, but for what I use it for, it works great.

My first time receiving the blue screen issue was 5 months after purchase, that time I found some help online to get it fixed. Seems all was for not as bot even a month later I turn on the computer to find yet another blue screen. This time I have yet to be able to figure out how to fix it. This computer is a lemon.

It was a nice computer at first. Since it doesnt come with an Operating System, I had to install one myself. It went well for the first hour and then it started to shut down out of nowhere for no reason at all. I am not a newbie when it comes to computers and I couldnt fix the problem as it was probably the laptop itself. Unfortunately, I had to return it as it was unusable. It couldnt even remove the OS before returning it as it kept shutting down and gave me no time to remove it properly. Probably bad luck, but I wont try it again, I will buy a new one.

This is a very fast, well-made computer for the price and features provided. I purchased it to run Mint Linux on a second, external Samsung 980 1TB SSD M.2 NvME Interface.

Took a total of 1 hour to setup Office, Outlook, and the few other apps my mother needs for her classes. Shes not very fluent with computers and this is perfect for her. I went with this because it has Windows 10, and not that abomination that is Win 11.

11 month update: still overheating a lot. Even with elevation, fans, and nothing else running. Sometimes it will run Valheim just fine, then sometimes it just cuts out, losing all my progress. I really wish they didnt skimp on the ram. I cant wait to build my own rig. If it would just warn me when it is overheating, Id be happy. But no, it just shuts off. I hate this laptop. It makes me sad, considering how excited I was originally.
