I bought this on Prime Day for use at the kitchen table to read the news and read/write emails during meals. It definitely takes care of that by being easy to use, lightweight, and compact. Like any laptop computer in this price range, you dont want to travel with it a lot. Low-cost computers are never that rugged. But Ive taken it out a few times, and it seems tougher than most in this price range. Its fast and compatible with everything I use. Its a lot of bang for the buck.

I use this laptop to stream and for light work as well as some light gaming. I love it and it performs great! My boyfriend needs a new laptop and I’m going to purchase one for him.

This laptop was slower than I though it would be considering it has a Ryzen 7 processor but I still think you get great value for the price.

The screen and speakers are pretty good, and can handle multi tasking and doesnt run slow, pretty good laptop for its price point

The pnly problem I have had with this computer is the wifi controls could not be found after I updated the bluetooth driver. It was a simple fix however and involves: Turning the computer off via the off button and holding that button down for full minute. This resets the power manager of the device and therefore resets the driver. I followed these instructions and have had no problem since. Other than this hiccup computer is fast, lightweight, and perfect for my needs.

Other than the no touch screen feature (or maybe I just havent found out how to turn it on) this is a great laptop which fit my needs. Glad I purchased it.

Laptop is great, for the price it is on the affordable list and it is great for all purpose use , from gaming, videochats and photo editing with great quality screen

I have owned several Acer laptops .... my current one - power cord keeps falling out of laptop slot .... thought it was a fluke (dealt with it for over a year) so finally ordered this one. Plugged it in and once again the power cord that plugs into the computer slot immediately fell out. Returning it was a nightmare .... will never order from this e-seller again and will make sure I deal with only vendors that are shipped from Amazon and not a third party. Amazon wasnt much help either - at first denied a refund of my shipping costs because it was a thrid party but after talking to several customer service reps and sending a picture of the receipt of $14.42 (UPS) they agreed to refund it. The next day they cancelled my refund for shipping as the seller had already allowed $10 for shipping (seller had told me they would not pay for return shipping). In the end I will lose under $5 but the time and frustration of returning a $570+ defective computer will remain in my memory when ordering a different laptop.
