Bought an Acer Swift 3 couple years back and have absolutely loved using it. Needed a computer for my brewing building so I thought I would buy another Swift 3 for my daily use and take my old one for my brewing purposes. The new one has some improvements over the older one but the new one has a couple of things I wish Acer wouldnt have changed. New keypad is white figures on silver keys, ( old key pad much easier to see in ALL lighting conditions), but I was aware of the change before I purchased. New unit had went from 4 total USB ports and 1 SD slot to 3 total USB ports and NO SD port. SD port wouldnt bother me at all if it had 1 more USB port. Anyway I knew of all of the changes before I purchased and I am totally happy so far, ( 3 days old ) I can highly recommend this ACER unit.

This laptop meets all my needs as a student. No issues with performance while researching and having lots of tabs open. The keyboard feels good to type on as well. Big upgrade from my Dell laptop. Will consider acer when looking for a laptop in the future.

An excellent PC laptop at this price. However, two omissions, one truly frustrating, prevents a top rating. Most aggravating: no hardware indication that CAPS LOCK is on! No indicator light. You find out when your repeated password entry attempts fail! Acer thought that a software-based symbol that flashes on the screen for one second would be sufficient. Not only does that not take into account not noticing in time, or forgetting, but it doesnt even work. It did when I first launched the computer, then never again. Tech support guided me to installing something, which brought it back, not not after the next time I started up. My solution is to keep Note Pad on standby to test the keys before entering anything that is case sensitive. I become angry every time!

Great value product

Blue screen of death within 10 minutes of starting it up. It randomly restarted every 5 minutes after that. Packaging was opened and it looked as if someone tried to re-seal it. Returned within an hour. That was 11 days ago, still no refund.

This laptop is exactly what I was looking for, small, great graphics and the quality is excellent

This laptop is incredibly thin without feeling fragile. Its easy to tote around basically anywhere, and to carry with just one hand when needed!

I bought this for my business and ended having to get it fixed the first day because a software error. Then afterwards had to fight with it for my zoom meetings just to find out that the camera didnt work. Another trip to the tech shop. Finally,When I thought I had done everything that I could do to fix this computer the touchscreen stopped working. Did you know that the techs charge 300 dollars just to change a screen. Next time I will save myself a headache, money, and go to a OfficeMax or something.

I needed a PC laptop for times when I cant get out to my office and work on my larger desktop for work. Minding a toddler doesnt always lend itself to quite working hours in the office, even a home office. So in came this Acer.
