This laptop is very light and thin. The full function USB-C is very useful when used with a 10 in one hub. I am happy with everything although the screen is lacking in contrast and could be better. Very capable processor and good graphics capabilities

The screen is nice but thats about it... Like others have said the fact it does not have a a caps lock indicator is annoying... Everytime I try to update I get the blue screen and it has to revert to previous version... None of the USB ports recognize an SD card... I did alot of research to find a portable laptop that had a decent amount of computing power for work/school and a nice screen... This thing is a piece of junk, had to go back to my old HP that is over 10 old and works better. Not even sure what to do with my swift 3 paper weight!

So, everyone in the house has a laptop except for me. I have one for work, but it is monitored and work is pretty strict, I do nothing personal on that one. Acer is a good brand and I couldn’t believe when this was available for request.

My daughter bought one of these and loved it. I needed a new laptop and decided not to spend the usual Thinkpad money. I am very pleased with this. Great budget laptop, does everything I need.

After the initial startup and set up it did nothing but restart or blue screen and shut down. Ive never had an experience like it. I had it for only a few hours and its already boxed up to be returned. Overall I will say everything else else was nice. Seemed fast and the quality was pretty good. I would of loved to actually use it.

At first sweet screen, great size & easy set up…so I thought, two days later & windows still not loaded. Then when it did computer frozen on a repair screen. Called help desk twice & no luck. Too much work, help desk as for me to mail to them for repairs but brand new. I said no one want refund & they said no refund. Returned to Amazon.

This thing cost under 800, and the cpu I got is a AMD Ryzen 7 5700U, this thing works FIIIIINNNNE
