> 3 dayI loved this laptop. The screen looks great, battery performs swell and the keyboard was pretty good.

> 3 daySuperb laptop for the price!! For the people that have Bluetooth issues after updating the driver Ive found that this works. Try turning the computer off via the off button and holding that button down for full minute. This resets the power manager of the device and therefore resets the driver. I followed these instructions which I found after some research with this particular chipset and have had no problem since.

> 3 dayThis PC worked great for the first day. But, then it went into an infinite loop of restarting with the blue screen of death.

> 3 dayThis laptop is a home run. Laptop is an all aluminum frame, case and keyboard. Keys are individual through case which really helps keep dust etc out. Keyboard is lighted and the touchpad is just right (not too sensitive). The Ryzen 5700u /8gb ram is superfast and runs my statistics algorithms and games with ease. Radeon graphics are great, but dont expect them to be as good as a true gaming PC. Overall a very impressive laptop for home and business. If you can live without a touchscreen laptop, this is an awesome choice.

> 3 dayMy first time receiving the blue screen issue was 5 months after purchase, that time I found some help online to get it fixed. Seems all was for not as bot even a month later I turn on the computer to find yet another blue screen. This time I have yet to be able to figure out how to fix it. This computer is a lemon.

> 3 dayThis laptop meets all my needs as a student. No issues with performance while researching and having lots of tabs open. The keyboard feels good to type on as well. Big upgrade from my Dell laptop. Will consider acer when looking for a laptop in the future.

> 3 dayAn excellent PC laptop at this price. However, two omissions, one truly frustrating, prevents a top rating. Most aggravating: no hardware indication that CAPS LOCK is on! No indicator light. You find out when your repeated password entry attempts fail! Acer thought that a software-based symbol that flashes on the screen for one second would be sufficient. Not only does that not take into account not noticing in time, or forgetting, but it doesnt even work. It did when I first launched the computer, then never again. Tech support guided me to installing something, which brought it back, not not after the next time I started up. My solution is to keep Note Pad on standby to test the keys before entering anything that is case sensitive. I become angry every time!

> 3 dayThis is a paper weight out of the box. Started by shutting down while working and now won’t do anything. The company wants refurbish w/mother board instead of replacing. This is after about 2 months of using, purchase date was Sept 24th.
