> 24 hourJust got this laptop, and it works like a charm. I love the matte screen, which means there is little light reflection off the screen, and I can afford to lower the screen brightness and save battery. Really helps me as Im a college student. Not only is it able to process all of my school work, but I am also able to play some games that I couldnt with my old laptop!

> 24 hourThis laptop is fast, lightweight, and has great battery life. The only problem was that the charger components did not fit together. However, acer can replace it. Overall a great purchase.

> 24 hourThis laptop is perfect at nothing, but great at everything. It can run intensive games well, it can be used for typing well, and pretty much anything else a laptop should do, this is good at doing. Overall, its one of the best laptops for students, especially if you want a super subtly secret gaming laptop that looks like a typical laptop.

> 24 hourSo this thing is pretty sweet, I had a strange system crash when I did an update after installing windows 11 last night , not really sure what happened but after I did a system reset and put add blocker, cc cleaner, optimizer, etc everything seems to be running fine now…color is beautiful, runs quiet and fast, everything is smooth with very little to no lag. 4k playback with amazon prime video was beautiful. The only thing I haven’t tested is the GPU. It should be noted Ive only had this thing 24hrs so I’ll try to do a long term update review after a while, we’ll see, but so far its been running pretty smoothly with everything I’ve thrown at it since the crash. Overalls it’s performing flawlessly now. So far it’s good to go after the initial “hiccup”.

> 24 hourPieces of charger physically did not fit together. The only way I was able to get the PC to power on was borrowing a cable I already had. I messaged the Acer support team and they got me a new charger promptly.

> 24 hourwas for the wife. she picked it out and got no major complaints. only thing is the backlit keyboard is auto-on upon startup -- white light blends with the silver keys in the daytime. used to crash when using big Excel documents but i removed a lot of the junkware booting when computer did and that solved the ram issue. for a slim laptop this is good quality.

> 24 hourAcer released an update that caused my USB-C (which I need for connection to all my other peripherals) to stop working. I contacted support and they told me to factory reset (AKA delete all my data) and it might work. Since I have classwork due soon that I cannot delete, that is not an option. The rep told me it probably would not work anyway. I was then peddled a repair for $669.00 (for just a USB-C replacement) or told to hire a third party service (I forget their name now). Completely worthless company and I will absolutely never purchase another Acer product after seeing how little support they offer.
