The using experience is terrible. The network card is very bad. Just after three months, the device cannot to the WiFi.I call on Acer to get a support, every time they let me to reset the internet. But It cannot work. Just waste my time. And after do that a coup times, the device shows a blue screen and cannot to open. For the repairing, I need to ship it to Acer. A very terrible experience.

I expect a laptop at this price would be ready to use when I received it. But no its the begining of a nightmare. First I got a laptop with a broken keyboard. After some trouble shooting I have no choice but to ship it back.

Its a great laptop for its price. There were issues with the stock Mediatek WiFi adapter. I replaced it with an Intel AX200 adapter and the issues are gone. Build quality is acceptable for its price and specs. Its a great laptop overall. Delivery is really fast, I got it to my hands within a week even if I live outside us. Also, I didnt have to deal with customs. My order was shipped by Amazon via UPS.

My daughter used this computer mainly for school. Not heavy use but for word processor and watch YouTube for the assignments. After one month of use, it gave her blue screen. It passed the refund date and we dont know what to do.

Gaming movies and even the builtin speakers blew my expectations out the water. One thing tho that is not good is the right USB port strait up caused the plug to get very hot and straight up didnt we work.

Awesome for school, great battery life and also it can run some games well.

This is by far one of the best Windows laptops I have ever owned. It came with minimal bloatware (much of which I cleaned up upon receiving the laptop) and the memory and processor performance of my personal laptop keep up with high loads: multiple virtual machines running, WSL running Linux, Firefox, VSCode, Spotify, Teams and Outlook run almost constantly on my laptop with no gaps in work or delays from loading.

Aside from a ton of bloatware and missing drivers which I fixed with AVG, the laptop felt great. Very light, as they claim. Battery life is pretty average, maybe above than average.

I wouldnt game on it. I would do ok for things that are not gpu intensive. They underclocked the GPU so you dont get the full power out of it but I caught it on sale and it was the cheapest laptop that fit my specs. Works great, great battery life and fantastic to work from home. Only downside are the small compress chiclet keys, but its a laptop.

the laptop feels solid, its thin & light + so powerful, it has great CPU with 8 cores and 16 threads + decent GPU 3050 ti . it means that i can edit my 4k videos with no problem. the keyboard is good, the screen is not glossy which is nice, sound quality is average. overall Im very happy with this laptop.
