The product came in perfectly in shape and its working well and as intended!

The build quality of this Acer Swift is excellent and on pair with every other high-end laptop I have owned. The screen is clear and crisp with no dead pixels.

Bottom line:

The performance on this laptop is excellent with its RTX 3050ti GPU. I am not a heavy gamer, so it is more than enogh to handle my games such as LOL and AOE4. Not to mention this laptop is only about 3lbs with incredible long lasting battery.

There are essentially two laptops available that serve the niche the Acer Swift X exists in; the other is the ASUS ROG Flow X13. That notebook is $300 more expensive...on sale.

Ive had very hit or miss luck with laptops, regardless of the hardware specs. I can finally confidently replace the old desktop with this one. Performing great and a great price. Im not a hardcore gamer or anything, but its probably good for a casual gamer like myself, and Ive done video editing with no problem as well.

Worked fine for a day or two, and then it wouldnt connect to Wifi or even be able to search for Wifi. I spent an hour working with Acer technical support only to determine that it was a hardware problem and that I would need to send it in for repairs. This was a repeated problem with Acer, I had to send my previous one in because it would overheat even from just watching Youtube videos, and sadly doesnt seem like something they have or will improve upon. This laptop seemed like it was going to be great, but having a problem large enough to render it unusable and warrant sending it in for repairs right off the bat was a terrible sign. I refunded my purchase and havent looked back. You can do much better, especially for the $1,000+ youll be putting down on this machine.

I own an acer swift 1 and needed a laptop with more ram and disk space and acer X gave me that plus all the bells and whistles. Its really loaded easy to setup. Color is off the charts good and very fast. I highly recommend. I received the laptop in 3 days well packaged.

This is a very light laptop, with many high-end features. Thanks to the AMD Ryzen CPU, the battery life is awesome even with 8cores and 16threads. It is also very fast owing to the SSD, 16GB RAM, and the Ryzen CPU. There is even an NVidia graphics accelerator for playing games or video editing.. if you can part with some of the battery life.
