Overall a clean nice looking & performing laptop. Mylast experience with acer was poor this is good!

Bit of a nerd alert here - Im fairly techy and so this review might get a bit in the weeds, but read on if youre interested in a true breakdown of what this thing can do.

I ordered this computer for Christmas for my son in 2022 and within five months, the charging port is failing and sparks are seen when plugging it in. Otherwise, this laptop has functioned well, but this is a major flaw, so I recommend avoiding this product.

This computer fits all my wants and needs. A small-ish laptop that is portable and great to do school work or even a little bit of gaming.

This laptop is very light and portable, all while being great for gaming. It is a very good laptop for the price.

Every few days the system crashes with the blue screen. I tried calling Acer customer service but they keep suggesting steps that dont help fixed the problem. It is still crashing, this laptop have very bad quality and the service from Acer is horrible.

I tried adding an additional SSD and thats when the problems started... I would get frequent crashes before the GPU stopped working--I even had it sent to Acer to get it fixed but they didnt do anything so a solid 1/10 for customer support. They returned my laptop as is and the problems still occur. I ended up shoving it in my closet since its no longer functional. An absolute waste of money and time.

It’s too expensive for what you get, a small laptop tgat is kind of slow if you run more than a couple programs. It shouldn’t cost $1200, it should be more on $800 price range. Disappointed.

This laptop comes in a very secure packaging without any damages. The laptop is very chic looking, simple silver design and its actually very light weighted so its great for even travel or if you need to carry it anywhere based on your job. It has 14 monitor, so not too small and not so big to be hard to easy carry everywhere. The GPU is NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti which is great for everyday use and even graphic programs. Because its Ti version, its great and high speed to be used as a gaming laptop as well. It has 512GB SSD even though you can upgrade it easily.

The laptop arrived non-functional. I couldnt figure out the issues for the life of me, but it had an earlier release of Win 11, so I wiped that for Win 10 and once it was all updated it was smooth sailing on Sea of Thieves and nice shots on Rocket League. Ive got Davinci and Reaper installed and they all work excellently too, and the extra NVMe slot was perfect to add some storage for audio/video/games.
