Built quality was better than I expected. Screen is great. Performance has been really good. Very portable. Extra SSD slot is a big plus and is easy to access. Overall great product for the price, I have been more than pleased and I highly recommend.

This computer fits all my wants and needs. A small-ish laptop that is portable and great to do school work or even a little bit of gaming.

The laptop arrived non-functional. I couldnt figure out the issues for the life of me, but it had an earlier release of Win 11, so I wiped that for Win 10 and once it was all updated it was smooth sailing on Sea of Thieves and nice shots on Rocket League. Ive got Davinci and Reaper installed and they all work excellently too, and the extra NVMe slot was perfect to add some storage for audio/video/games.

Im on my third laptop and each time the wifi card disappears after 2-3 months. This time Im outside the return period so Im unable to exchange with Amazon and will have to deal directly with Acer. Dont buy this.

UPDATE:

Ive been having connectivity issues and blue screens with this laptop. Periodically, the WLAN interface isnt able to find available networks and disappears from Network Connections altogether.

Not worth it. Do not like the design, also thick and heavy, old product.

I got this for work since Im constantly having to move around. This works great. The only thing that I should have gotten was one with a touch screen. But I dont really need that. I havent tried to game on it so I dont know what games it will play. But it is fast when moving between programs and having multiple windows open.

My only complaints are the lack of an SD card slot, and non upgradable ram. Build quality is a lot better than others are making it out to be. Speakers are OK, a little bit on the quiet side but still usable. Battery life is awesome, averaging 8-9 hours of light to moderate use. Get this if you want something independent from a wall outlet but still very capable. Sure, there are more powerful laptops out there for the price at the sacrifice of weight and battery life. Then again, this is an Ultrabook, not a gaming laptop.

Ive been looking forward to getting an upgraded computer. We found this one after looking for awhile. This product seems to meet all my needs. Gaming, Great Graphics, Portable/ Light weight and reliable battery life.
