Got this laptop to do the following stuff

My Acer Swift X kept crashing and died after 6 months. Going back to Asus - never had problems with those.

I bought for interfacing with my embroidery machine and it was not compatible. Too expensive for what I needed.

Visually it’s a Beautiful laptop. The screen’s height was smaller that I thought, but once the laptop screen is on it doesn’t seem as small. I like the resolution, not the best but it’s still great. I like the matte screen, it reduces the glare from the sunlight. The camera is actually good for its price, I’ve had to do a zoom class once and the image was actually good and clear, better than I expected.

Aside from a ton of bloatware and missing drivers which I fixed with AVG, the laptop felt great. Very light, as they claim. Battery life is pretty average, maybe above than average.

I called Acer support immediately after noticing it would not turn on. They guided me through a few steps, but none that fixed my problem. The support told me that they had received a similar report for this item the 24th of September. For the exact same unit. The same product had been returned and sold again without fixing the problem.

The laptop is nice. It works well. I do run quite a few things at the same time media, emails and regular web surfing and it holds up.

Was looking for an upgrade for my couple year old laptop and ran across the Acer Swift X and boy am I glad I did. Has met every expectation and then some.

It plays Halo infinite and honestly thats all I need
