> 3 dayMy toddler was a menace before I made this purchase. My house was mayhem. MEYHEM I TELL YA! Stacked cup-a-noodle everywhere. Stolen chewy bars sprinkled throughout the halls. Canned beets in the toy chest. These handy sliding locks have saved me countless hours of hide n seek with what I can only assume became “never going to eat, expired goods.” If you live with Gremlins, hungry trolls or tiny humans...this product is for you!!

> 3 dayI am surprised at some of the bad reviews. These locks are great. They are wide enough but can be shortened easily. Very easy to put on and take off. The baby will not be able to figure it out because it requires use of two fingers simultaneously as you slide it down. So nice to keep my kitchen cabinets safe or I should say my child safe!

> 3 dayThese are easy to use. No installation. If you open and close a lot, it’s a bit of a pain to take off, and put back on.

> 3 dayEasy to use design. I use it so my cats can’t go in a couple cupboards that have chemicals in them. My cats try and pry the doors open but no luck for them.

Greater than one weekI’ve been looking for locks to keep our mobile infant out of our cleaning supplies and electronics and the adhesive patches just were not working for us. I ordered these as a last ditch effort and they are perfect! They keep the doors closed enough that she has not yet been able to open the doors even when pulling up with her weight. There is certainly a little give and they would open a bit of she pulled up but not enough to grab anything. I also love that they can be tightened such that the doors would stay closed. Easy to use and leaves no mess.

Greater than one weekWorks pretty well! My 6 yr old can open it with out any trouble... so its not full proof. It dors work to keep my toodler out of the cabinets with the goodies though

> 3 dayI use these to secure cabinets where the magnet type doesn’t work. When they’re higher up they work really well (like keeping the doors of a wardrobe closed). When they’re at the baby’s eye level they’re not quite as effective. My 14 month old was able to break one after yanking on it for a few minutes. However the company offers a 12 month warranty and they reached out to replace it! And in their defense I think he’s particularly Strong and stubborn. The magnet style are definitely preferable but these work as a good alternative when they won’t or when you don’t want a permanent baby proofing solution.
