For some reason our grown cats have become obsessed with getting into the cabinets AFTER we installed closet door slides to keep them out of them. This morning was hilarious when the Rain Man cat ran into the kitchen to open the cabinet and chew on plastic, and he looked up , saw the locks and then he looked like a deflated balloon. He is older but for some reason started his morning routine looking for plastic. Once the thrill is gone we will try removing them, but they are easy to use, not too difficult to remove, and work exactly as we needed them for.

They work well for our “I” shaped cabinet door pulls. Wish there was a way to attach the slide-on part as I constantly drop the things and it still takes me a minute to line them up to get them attached, even after 2 months. BUT they do what they need to to keep little fingers out!

Although one wasnt big enough to secure around our cabinet knibs we put latched two together and they work prefectly. My fault I didnt nt read measurements when ordering, but if you run into the same issue we had, two will get the job done. Love they dont rely on hard to remove stickers. Easy for parents to use! My 3 year old is stumped (in the picture youll notice a failed attempt still stuck to the cupboards... I cant get them to unstick).

I just moved into an apartment and my cat has learned he can open the cabinets. I can’t move everything out of his reach so I decided to use child locks to keep him out. Being a rental I didn’t want to damage the cabinets with adhesives or screws so decided to give these a try. They work great and are easy to use. Now if the cat learns how to remove them we are all in trouble.

If you want to keep you child out these work awesome. But if you want to perfect you baby from an explosion? We’ll look no further. We live in corn field Illinois. Last night there was a tornado and wicked hard core thunderstorms. These safety locks saved my 1 year old baby girl. We got hit by lightning and the locks held the cabinet closed when the entertainment cabinet decided to burst into flames. Photo show them open but that’s simply because I took it off

Better than I thought! So far these are strong and hold up against my 16 month old trying to pull the door handles to open. They are very easy to get on and off and love that it wont damage the cabinets with adhesive.

My mother bought these for her house for when we visit with my 1 year old, and they worked great! She has cabinets which have handles. After seeing how well they worked at her house, I bought some for mine without giving it much thought. When I got then in the mail, I went to install them and realized my cabinet doors have knobs, not handles. At first I thought “great, now I have to return these cuz my dumb a** forgot to look at what type of handles we had”. However I tried to install them just to see, and to my surprise they worked! As long as your knobs have a lip on them, these will still work! Very easy to install/uninstall, just squeeze the two tabs together and slide on or off. Very happy with this purchase!

I don’t have a kid. I have an annoying cat that likes to open all the doors. With this, he can’t do it and has given up trying to open them. Very easy to install. I guess you can say it’s age appropriate? He is a 5 year old cat that can’t open them, and as an adult i can do it in the dark or with eyes closed.

I bought these for my parents for when I bring my 15 month old over. We, personally, have magnetic locks we can installed but for their house it didn’t make sense to drill into their cabinets for the amount of times he goes over there (and will be in this stage of getting into everything!). They really like these; they just slip them on before we head over and take them off when we leave. My 70&80 year old parents can operate them easily (which says something because she can’t work the car seat or even his high chair!).
