> 24 hourThe fabric itself came folded in a plastic bag, not on the bolt. Received 9 yards, not 10. Not light weight muslin. More like a heavy weight. The clawing smell of urine was so intense I needed to wash the whole thing twice to get rid of the smell. The first wash through, only added vinegar to the water, which is how I normally wash new fabric to remove the preservatives before working with it. There was a layer of yellow foam around the basin on my washing machine. Had to wash it a second time, but with All Free and Clear to get rid of the foam residue and the remnants of urine smell. Very strange.....

> 24 hourI love this muslin. It would be a bit easier to cut what I need if it were folded in half lengthwise and wound on a bolt as pictured in the item description. Instead its the full width just wound in a bolt-shape and folded in half for shipping, making it cumbersome to just cut a yard or half yard because its so wide. Other than that, the weight and quality of the fabric is good. Its not flimsy, nor is it too heavy. Its actually ideal for my purposes, which is to hand paint the fabric with my own designs. I also noticed that there is little-to-no shrinkage, which it delighted me to learn. If I live long enough to use up this purchase, I will be buying more from this seller. Its a good deal!

> 24 hourSo, this will do you fine if you’re just sewing up a muslin of something. But if you need to pull threads for draping, for the love of all that’s holy get something else. The weft threads are barely spun at all. When you try to pull them they disintegrate immediately. Took me just a couple minutes to pull a warp thread. Took TWO HOURS to pull a weft.

> 24 hourI needed yards of muslin to make lining covers for foam pillows. Ordered this in natural (unbleached) as the price came to about $3.70 a yard. Can’t beat that, but didn’t have high hopes for good quality. Surprise! This is nice sturdy muslin. I prewashed and preshrank in the dryer. Washed well and didn’t seem to lose much to shrinkage. Very pleased! Would recommend.

> 24 hourRan out of my previous cotton muslin mid-project, and went online to see what options there were. Ordered this as being the best balance of price and fast shipping I could find, and was very impressed. The fabric had a much tighter weave and smoother finish than my previous stuff, but since I only use it for fitting mock-ups, I did not need it to match, but was happy that should I want to use this fabric for a more finished garment or lining, the possibility is there.

> 24 hourIf you get this fabric, wash it first, it shrinks a lot because it is muslin. I used it to line masks and it does a good job. It is durable. Have to iron after washing but thats to be expected from muslin.

> 24 hourMy daughter makes all of her own clothes, and fabric is expensive. This muslin is cheap enough to make mock ups so you dont screw the pooch with your expensive stuff. One bolt was huge. Great purchase for us.

> 24 hourThe fabric is ACTUALLY COTTON... YEAH!!!! Minimal shrink when washed & dried. Quality seems pretty good, okay for the price point advertised. Im wincing only a little at the extra I paid due to lying listing info. Very light, fine, airy (think batiste)...but this listing is a wreck. To my purposes its doesnt have quite enough.... Body... for pattern making muslin. I like the fabric itself - actually have been looking for just this weight/weave of cotton - FOR COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PURPOSES than why I placed this order. This should work well for sheer, lightweight type curtains, shadow applique, shadow embroidery. (See photo) Delicate hand embroidery, eyelet work, gauzy feel for apparel applications without the puckering. *BUT* When I order a specified size/quantity for a specified price, that is what I expect to receive. Amazon & their vendors really need to learn & police their fabric terms, labeling/listing practices, etc.... And if you are going to sell fabric measurements matter! The width received is actually 56 (NOT within the 2 grace range to be labeled as 60) . A customer should be able to figure that theyll get at least a usable 58 across after washing from fabric listed 60 wide. The length (I triple checked) is only 9 yards (& 2 inches). The 10 yards is clearly stated all over the item listing & my order info. This is unacceptable practice. Apparently theres no simple, direct link to contact about this without creating a return. I will be spending the time & calling Amazon. I like this fabric & will use it. just want my bill adjusted to reflect the merchandise actually received!

> 24 hourToo stiff for fashion draping. Also too stiff for making a fit sample (muslin or toile). But probably need to pre wash to soften for sewing fit samples unless you’re trying to simulate a stiffer heavier fabric. Shipped fast. Nice wide width.
