Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

I am not electronically saavy but I found this external harddrive easy to use.

WD_Black Game Drive is a little wider than My Passport Essential, but this version fits WD Black Drive.

Have had it for many years and it still looks like new.

At one-half the cost of the Case Logic QHDC-101 which I had previously bought, it seemed like a good bargain. However, the zipper on this is prone to fail as it is made of a soft metal, at which point this case becomes useless. Next time, I will pay the difference and get something that will last instead of adding junk to the local landfill.

Useful for any electronic gadget that has some corded accessory - hard drives, external battery backup, ipods, etc. Buy more than one!

bought this to hold the Toshiba Canvio Slim II 1TB Portable External Hard Drive for Mac which I also purchased on amazon... perfect fit. The exterior is tough enough to protect whatever youre storing in this case. I highly recommend it.

Bought for the WD elements portable hard drive, perfect! With room for extra accessories like a usb port.

Arrived on time, it fits the harddrive perfectly, and it feels good.

I was on the fence about buying this but I am really glad I did. It was an impulsive add on, but it works so well to protect the hard drve anf keep the cord with it I cant imagine not having it with my drive. I dropped the hard drive a couple times inside this case, usually by knocking it of the desk or lab bench, and never had any damage to the. It hold up great in a backpack for daily carrying also.

Good little case for external hard drives without spending too much more.
