AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Processor with Wraith Spire Cooler - YD260XBCAFBOX

Had run perfectly for years, still runs perfectly. I upgraded to a 5800x recently because Im poor and couldnt do it sooner.

Nice chip. Chose the 2600x over a few higher chips because of specs. Im not disappointed in the chip at all. The fan is not RGB though. I bought a 7 and it had a rgb fan. Kinda bummed but not really on this build.

I scored this on cyber monday with the best deal on prices. I couldnt pass up such an amazing processor. My computer is super fast.

This is a great cpu for gaming and streaming and doesnt require manual overclocking because precision boost does a good enough job. The only reason Im taking a star off is because the ryzen 5 3600 is better value than the 2600x.

I overclocked this thing to 4.3Ghz with 1.37500 volts without any stability issues under a load. I bet I could push it even farther, but im totally happy with it as it is! AMD has the best price-performance, and it has better future-proofing for its processors. It convinced me to switch from an old intel motherboard with a Core I5-3570k to an AMD motherboard with this processor. I further paired it with my good old GTX 970 (EVGA - FTW) which I still use, and it runs everything at Ultra settings fantastically. I already skipped the GTX 1000s and the RTX 2000s, so im really curious to see how the Navi graphics cards + processors will turn out (especially regarding price-performance). Im betting AMD will blow it out of the water in the price-performance category. I dont care whether or not they are faster than Nvidia or Intel (which is what mony-wasting drones focus on), as long as they are kickass with a much lower cost.

Good stuff! Probably would go non-x and overclock if I did it all over again.

I think it’s good for a budget proccecor

Built a new gaming tower with this processor and a GTX1080 and have been very very pleased with the results. I have not found much that pushes this processor into the red and for the price, well worth it.
