Pretty straight forward assembly. You will need metric tools for this project. A 10mm combination wrench is need to remove a bumper brace. The step is big help in getting in and out of the bed of our dually 4X4. When dismounting, if you look straight down from the left side of the tailgate you will see the step enough to guide your foot to the pad. The step is barely unnoticeable retracted. Quality product.

This step is a life saver. Well worth the money!!!!! I’m gonna purchase the side step next to get to my transfer tank faster. No more rolling onto the high tailgate to get in the bed lmao and y’all know what I’m talking about

Contrary to what Amazon says, this item does not fit a 2019 Ram 2500. I bought it based on their information stating that it fits, however it most certainly does not. I love the step. I just need one that fits.

The install was fairly easy, however the hardware to mount it to the truck was missing and I had to reuse the old bolts. Which meant I had to cut off the washers off of it and get new ones. I also didnt like the fact that I had to remove the bracket for the bumper corner brace. It seems like they would have a modified bracket in the kit. Time will tell how well I like it.

Very nice upgrade, would buy again, there was missing mounting hardware, 2 bolts that are supposed to mount the step we’re missing from the hardware bag, no worries you can use the original bolts you removed, just get a grinder and remove the washer and your golden, the original bolts work great

Perfect for my Ram 2500 4x4, cheaper then a trip to the hospital because your foot slipped off the ball of your hitch. No didn’t happen, just a little insurance.

Love it, I’m a short person so any help I’m getting in and out of the bed of my truck is gladly appreciate. Do they make one for the right side of the bumper.

Unbelievable how much easier it makes it to get into my truck bed. Like everyone else I had to step on the bumper then the tailgate to get into the bed of the truck. This bed step is about a foot below the top of my bumper so needless to say it makes it much much easier.

My husband had seen this item on Amazon and wanted it for his Ram 3500. I purchased it for him as a gift. He said the directions were simple and it was easy to install. Easy to use and workd great on the truck. He loves it.
