    After seeing a news report on the fire hazards of chargers for devices, I checked all mine. In the U.S., to ensure it meets specific safety features, look for the UL symbol. The symbol for UL is a circle with a misaligned “U” and L” inside it. - (ConsumerReports.org). I bought this one in 11/2017. I used crayon to make sure the ANKER is clearly visible in my photo. The photo of the white charger by Samsung is to illustrate what a legitimate UL symbol looks like.
