Funny story, I spend 1.4k on MacBook pro, look at what I get. Called Amazon, told me 3 days for investigation, nothing they can do. So now I have to fight with my wife for a minute to write this review. Really bravo Amazon!

Beautiful but Mediocre. Also you can get 10% off directly from Apple (sometimes with “free” stuff) if you tell them you’re a student. They don’t check..especially when semesters are about to start up.

Amazing laptop, apple living up to its reputation

After doing hours of research on different models I decided the 2019 Mac Book Pro 13.3 inch 1.4GHz was the unit for me. I found tons on Amazon and decided to go with the Amazon renewed model. I will admit I was a very skeptical of spending over $1000 on a computer that was repackaged. However to my surprise the computer is absolutely 100% flawless. Not a single dent, scratch, or nick. Although the condition stated there would be minor damage the only thing that showed signs of use was the box. Great experience I can now confidently purchase high end items from Amazon. Thanks!!

I like that is was touch screen but when i received it the battery life was at one percent and it kept saying change the battery but a few days when by and the battery life went up to a hundred percent.

Good price good item

I am a pc guy and this my first MacBook. Item arrived in Saipan in good condition thanks to it triple box set up. As for the MacBook it self I like the build quality and the speaker is awesome plus the trackpad is to die for.

I ordered this about a week ago and it was working great. However, once the battery power got to around 20%, it would shut off unexpectedly. I reset the SMC and NVRAM, but the same problem persisted. I took it to the Apple Store and they told me the battery was fine, but there was an issue with the logic board and recommended I get a replacement. I contacted Amazon and got a second MacBook the next day and the SAME PROBLEM happened with the battery and unexpected shutdowns. Im now returning for a refund.
