I love this computer. I must return bc a small defect, other than that....its perfect and great value. I always love my Macbook and they last a decade plus! This is my 3rd laptop, 5th computer.

I order it last month. actually when I stat it to use the MacBook Pro it starlit to work bad, it have a lot of green in the screen and also it gets super hot when it comes to charge. I can not work now, it seems it bad screens cames bad on fabric. Please do not buy anymore from this seller

This product was just as described, it met my standards, and the cost was reasonable compared to other stores. The speakers work perfectly, and the screen has a very good image quality, i enjoyed it very much, is very easy to use and understand. I am very happy with my purchase, i would trust this seller again, guaranteed an excellent service, also is very popular so it was convenient to buy from here.

I would have given a 0 star if it was an option. We bought this Mac book for a whooping $1500 on dec 31 st 2019. After working fine for almost a year, on dec 6th 2020 the Mac book just turned off and never turned on again. After contacting apple support where they tried to troubleshoot via call but without any success, they asked us to have it repaired at one of their authorized service centers. Once we got there they checked the Mac book pro and concluded that the logic board had gone bad/defective. It has been over 2 weeks now and they are still waiting to hear from apple about the part so teh can repair it. I didn’t know apple would have such a pathetic pdt quality and such poor customer service. When we asked the guy what’s the guarantee the MacBook won’t stop working in next couple of months when we would be out of warranty. He suggested we buy additional warranty. So we have to pay for warranty on a product that was defective in the first place. Pathetic experience with apple! Will have to think twice before buying Apple’s expensive low quality products!!!!

My second MacBook Pro. I had the last one for almost 8 years. This is a perfect size, very fast, all the bells and whistles of a new MacBook.

Beautiful but Mediocre. Also you can get 10% off directly from Apple (sometimes with “free” stuff) if you tell them you’re a student. They don’t check..especially when semesters are about to start up.

Dont wast your money. Ive only had it for one year and its running very slow and has Bluetooth connection problems (I have to restart my computer sometimes if I want to connect Bluetooth devices). Not good for gaming at all. I lag so bad in so many different games. I. know its not a gaming computer but its insanely bad and I expect more from a computer that I spent more than $3,000 on. I have also purchased a multi-adapter for it but I wish I it at least had a USB port be the adapter is very inconvenient. The mouse pad its the greatest as well and if you do buy a MacBook Pro, I would recommend getting a good mouse and keyboard (because most times if more then. 4 or 5 keys are being pressed then the 5/6 key wont respond). Also, dirt, dust, and other marks will show up very easily. I wouldnt recommend unless you own a business and need to keep files safe and organized.
