> 3 daySocks came just as described. I followed the directions for rinsing them thoroughly before using but there was still considerable particles. I would recommend using a strong hose/bath tub faucet to rinse them to help get the particles out before using. Will definitely order them again.

> 3 dayI gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because they seem like they would work and are decent quality. However, I will be returning theses because my icecap sump requires 7 inch socks, not 7-1/4 which is what these measure(maybe 7-1/8, it’s hard to tell because they are out of round but they are definitely larger than 7 and will not fit). My icecap socks measure 7 inches and I could get more of them , but they only come in 100 micron and clog very quickly, so I like 200 micron so I don’t have to change them every single day. These are not the option for me, or anyone whose sock holder is exactly 7 inch.

> 3 dayFilter socks are made well, had no issue fitting them in my sump. (Eshopps R200 3rd generation) As most people are aware, soak these for about an hour prior to installation, so as not to create a problem for your skimmer with overflow.

> 3 dayThis fill up way too fast with waste from tank. Not sure exactly why but I think they may have too fine of material. They need to be changed every 3 days. My others last at least a full week.
