Made a big difference in my water clarity!!!

This fill up way too fast with waste from tank. Not sure exactly why but I think they may have too fine of material. They need to be changed every 3 days. My others last at least a full week.

Excellent sock filter, probably the best out there. They work well with my aquaponics setup in my garage. Filters all of the solids so it does not clog up the growbeds. I clean this socks weekly by inverting it and wash the filt away with a garden hose. I will be buying more.

I love these socks! They fit so much better in my Tideline sump by Trigger Systems! The origional one that came with the sump is too long in my opinion and the 12 by Aquatic Experts is the perfict fit for the Trigger Sumps!! I will be ordering more soon!!!

Garbage. For one theyre way too short. You can pay the same price or less and get a full-length filter sock. Secondly, and more annoyingly, they do not fit snug in a 7in filter circle. I had to basically weigh them down with rocks otherwise the water would have gone through. Of all the filters Ive purchased on Amazon these are the worst.

I love them, but didnt read to rinse before using. Maybe a red warning tag right on the filter sock would help us who dont routinely read the paper instructions. It did foam everywhere, and clogged up the air intake to the protein skimmer. Maybe the company should actually rinse them before selling the product. We all have expensive fish, and I am wondering what was in that massive amount of foam. Thank goodness the fish all seemed unaffected by the foam produced.
