Greater than one weekI needed to refresh the Thermal Paste for my PS4. The old stock paste crumbled off and wasnt performing well anymore. This served the purpose. I like how I got a second putty knife in case I need to use the rest of the paste elsewhere.

> 3 dayThis should be plenty for around a dozen CPUs, depending on how much you use/waste. There isnt a big difference between brands. Theyre all good, including the free stuff they include with new cooling solutions. I happen to swap a lot of CPUs, so I go through the stuff. Just be sure to apply it thoroughly, but not excessively, and it will work fine. The spatula is a nice touch, but a credit card works fine, too.
