Love these quality bands, should last a long, long time. Strength as described; grey-light, red-medium and black is strongest. These color is advertised for men, but wife prefers them. Arena wide bands arrived the same time as the cheap $10 long bands. You can see the quality difference in the second photo. My wife tried them both once, and the cheap thin band is already showing wear at the outer edges.

I bought these to help supplement my work out and they do not disappoint! The quality is amazing, the shipment was quick and they really challenge me. I like that there are three bands in each package to create a different level of difficulty for each exercise! They do not slip or roll or pinch! The bonus was that they came with this great website and booklet showing workouts with proper form! Wouldn’t trade them for anything!!

These bands are so much better than elastic! They dont roll and cut into your leg. They do slip on some fabrics(very few) but cutting up the old elastic one and gluing pieces to the insides made them slip-proof
