> 3 dayIt’s hard to rate something you just received, but the quality looks good. I tried the light resistance band, it did not roll. I have not exercised in a long time and am in poor shape so I found the light resistance to be more than enough. I love that they have a 10 minute video you can follow. Of course just starting out I knew better than to do the whole thing. I’m slightly sore today but know this will help to strengthen my muscles.
