These bands are fabulous! I get very sweaty while working out and have always had a problem with the rubber bands curling up and slipping from placement. I have even had a couple rubber ones snap on me-ouch. These bands are staying in place better than I ever thought. As of right now I primarily squat with the pink and do most of the other lower body exercises with the grey. These bands will make u work to move up to the color scale. I am beyond happy with my purchase. I believe these bands will be a part of my gym equipment for many years to come. You will not regret buying these!

The biggest reason I purchased these over the others is because it came with a book of instructions for each work out. Very easy to use and understand. Weve been on a boat for 4 months so this is a great way to stay in shape while on the water!

These are made very well and they definitely do not roll during a work out.

The bands themselves seem good (I just got them and have used them twice, so Im not sure about the long-term durability), but what upset me out of the gate was when I opened my Amazon bag containing the plastic case that the bands come in and attempted to unzip it, the zipper pull fell off immediately. Wow, why the low quality case? Either send the bands without a case or (preferably) upgrade the zipper so that the case can be used. First impression was horrible.....

Other bands Ive used either roll up or wont stay in place. No issues with these bands.
