As a Personal Trainer Im always looking for new ways to challenge my clients. Ive used latex bands before but didnt like the way they always rolled up the legs, especially for clients wearing shorts. I love these and so do all my clients! Very comfortable! I also love how each band is the same size regardless of the amount of tension. Great product.
